As a Wet’suwet’en matriarch, I know how important it is to have elected officials who don’t just represent our region, but truly care for it -- who know our people, our histories, and the lands we call home. Taylor Bachrach has been that kind of leader from the beginning. From his days as mayor of Smithers to his current work in Parliament, Taylor has always made time to listen, to show up, and to speak out for what’s right. He brings the voices of our communities to Ottawa with clarity, strength, and compassion -- and he does so with deep respect for Indigenous peoples. I proudly support Taylor Bachrach because he leads with integrity and heart. He’s one of us, and he’s never forgotten that.

I have long admired Taylor Bachrach for his effectiveness as MP for Skeena Bulkley Valley. I remember meeting him at one of his stops on a regular canoe journey to the most remote corners of the constituency, serving constituents with an infectiously positive attitude. I also know his work in Ottawa where he has been extraordinarily effective in his critic role. I can personally attest to his effectiveness in that role as well. There can be no doubt that Taylor deserves to be reelected.
